10.03pm  ... DAY 2, SESSION 2 ...

9.35pm  Despite Bangladesh trying to shake things up with a mix of pace and spin, their efforts didn’t pay off. They also did not use Shoriful Islam as much and may have missed a trick as he has the knack of picking wickets. Mehidy Hasan and Taijul Islam bowled with control but could not really create any clear-cut chances. Now, whatever total the Windies post, it will present a tough challenge for Bangladesh. They’ll be hoping to wrap things up quickly after Lunch. Join us at 4.40 pm for the action-packed second session!

9.33pm  Hasan Mahmud made an impact straight away, striking in the very first over to dismiss Joshua Da Silva and following it up with Alzarri Joseph’s wicket soon after. This sparked hopes for the visitors to keep the Windies under 300. However, Justin Greaves had other plans. Starting cautiously, he found the occasional boundary to keep the scoreboard moving, with Kemar Roach providing steady support at the other end.

9.32pm  SESSION SUMMARY - 86 runs and 2 wickets in 26 overs! Bangladesh got off to another strong start, much like they did on Day 1. However, they once again struggled to capitalize on the momentum, allowing the hosts to wrest back control. The Windies ended the session on a huge 336/7 with a superb effort from Justin Greaves, remaining unbeaten on 63 and adding crucial 75 runs along with Kemar Roach.
